Fulfillment Policy

Effective Date: February 2026

At Kyron LLC, we provide specialized B2B digital services, focusing on data engineering, backend automation, and custom AI architecture. Because our offerings are digital services rather than physical goods, our fulfillment process operates on project milestones and dedicated retainers.

1. Project Onboarding

Upon receipt of the initial payment or deposit, our team will initiate the onboarding process within two (2) business days. This includes granting access to secure client portals, establishing communication channels (e.g., dedicated Slack channels or email threads), and scheduling the technical kickoff meeting.

2. Delivery of Digital Assets and Infrastructure

  • Infrastructure Build-Outs: Custom integrations, data pipelines, and AI models are developed and deployed directly to the Client’s secure cloud environment (e.g., GCP, AWS) or hosted securely by Kyron, as stipulated in the Statement of Work (SOW).
  • Consulting & Audits: Digital deliverables such as technical blueprints, architecture diagrams, and audit reports are delivered electronically via secure email or shared drives.

3. Timelines & Milestones

Fulfillment timelines depend heavily on the complexity of the custom engineering required. Expected timelines are strictly outlined in the SOW agreed upon before the start of any project. Typical infrastructure deployments span between 3 to 8 weeks. Delays caused by the Client failing to provide necessary API access, credentials, or feedback may extend the fulfillment timeline.

4. Ongoing Support & Maintenance Retainers

For clients on monthly maintenance retainers, fulfillment is considered continuous. Support, server maintenance, API updates, and analytics monitoring are provided on a rolling 30-day basis as long as the account remains in good financial standing.
