Refund Policy

Effective Date: February 2026

Kyron LLC provides highly customized B2B engineering, technical consulting, and digital infrastructure services. Because our work involves allocating dedicated engineering hours and proprietary intellectual property, our refund policy reflects the custom nature of our business.

1. Project Deposits and Custom Engineering Builds

For custom backend automation, AI agent deployment, and data pipeline construction, an upfront deposit is required to secure engineering resources. Once engineering work has formally commenced (defined as the completion of the technical kickoff call), deposits are strictly non-refundable. We commit our team’s time to your project, which prevents us from taking on other clients.

If you choose to cancel the project prior to the kickoff call, a full refund of the deposit will be issued to the original payment method, minus any payment processing fees incurred.

2. Monthly Maintenance and Retainers

For ongoing fractional engineering, hosting, and API maintenance retainers, billing is processed on a month-to-month basis. We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-month cancellations.

If you wish to terminate your monthly retainer, you must provide written notice at least fifteen (15) days prior to your next billing cycle. You will continue to receive service until the end of your current paid period.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

We take pride in our engineering excellence. If a deliverable fundamentally fails to meet the technical specifications explicitly agreed upon in the signed Statement of Work (SOW), we will dedicate the necessary resources to remedy the defect at no additional cost to you. If a remedy is technically impossible, a partial refund may be negotiated at the sole discretion of Kyron LLC management.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and returned to the original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
